Who Am I?

I am a long time veteran waiter and still love the job. I enjoy training new waiters/waitresses and teaching them how to increase their tip income.

Although these days I have taken a promotion and now am a sommelier along with being a food and beverage manager, my heart lies with the waitstaff.
